As part of participating in the design competition for this project, the big challenge was the shape of the land and what is the strategy used in the idea for creating spaces and planning while at the same time ensuring the exploitation of spaces in the difficult shape of the land.

During the idea generation phase in the Nablus Municipal Library design project, I had in mind creating a space in which shadow and light mixed, in an attempt to form the building from repeating sheets (walls) with glass dividers between them, creating successive lighted areas and shaded areas.

The mountainous Palestinian village and the cumulative formation that comes to mind at first glance when I hear the name of one of the traditional villages of Palestine.

Between the two mountains

In creating an alternative to a large complex located in the center of the city of Nablus, as a huge mass that has no relation to the existing urban structure, and at the same time this complex is located between two mountains, Gerizim and Ebal.

Children's planet, their own world

From a nursery design project for children between 4 and 7 years old, I tried to give the children their own world. Through the general concept of the meaning of the word (world), the globe or planet comes to mind.
